As long as it is legal we can make anything happen.
Show profile Hide profileI am a very stable individual, having only had 5 jobs in the last 24 years - 6 years, 11 years, 1.5 years, 2 years and 4 years respectively. I am sure you are looking for someone who is loyal, hardworking and crazy enough to enjoy madness on a repetitive scale. But seriously, I am extremely loyal and always give 120% of myself at all times.
I have extensive operations management experience from SLA's, contracts, project management, channel management, training, budget management, financial management, HR, marketing, incentives, sales management and people management of over 200 staff. So if a peer had a question regarding something in my sphere of knowledge then I would be able to give an opinion or info. I would be an asset as I have a broad understanding in a wide number of areas.
I have started in a company at the bottom and have worked my way up the corporate ladder so I can understand and relate with others who are going through the same process. I have helped a number of direct reports grow and develop and climb the ladder. I love being able to help develop or show someone how to grow themselves. Numerous of my past direct reports have thanked me for the direction and open manner in which I communicated with them. I am still in contact with some of them to this day.
My sales management experience involved attaining sales targets of my own, and of the staff under me in the regions with a staff compliment of a minimum of 12 to over 200, from running one small region to running 2 and then 3 and later moving into Head Office where the whole field reported into me and my team.
I have been involved in tenders worth millions of Rands. From meeting with the client, developing a solution, selling it in, then going up against other companies in the tender process and still walking away with the deal.
My latest achievement was working a R40 000.00 deal into a R5 mill deal over the next 3 years.
I have been involved in monitoring internal and external SLA's and contract negotiation: drafting, reviewing and negotiating all contracts and agreements. So I have a good understanding of contracts and deliverables attached to them.
I have been responsible for managing relationships with partners and strategic alliances with suppliers, dealing with OEM's and distributors. All from CEO level to technicians. So I have a good understanding how suppliers and distributors operate. I have often found it easiest to use their own reward programmes to get the best out a relationship.
I managed all the SLA's and agreements ensuring that Lefatshe had all accreditation's as needed to ensure continued working relationships.
By putting a few policies in place, I managed to decrease spend by 21% at Lefatshe - by using the suppliers own partner programmes to Lefatshe's advantage.
I also looked after all negotiations for pricing
