She is a life strategist and skills development expert. Millie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from the University of Manchester as well
as a Postgraduate diploma in Health Education from Manchester Metropolitan University.
White Hall's focus is on people development through the provision of effective interventions. Her skills development experience includes but is not limited to the following:
Assisting learners with interview techniques and CV writing skills
Performing site audits to establish employers readiness to take on learners and interns
Implementing learnerships and internships
Facilitating workshops such as coaching and mentoring, project management fundamentals, Time Management and Business Communication.
Assisting companies to access learnerships and internship grants from the SETA
Placing learners and interns into workplaces
Mentoring and coaching of learners and interns
Facilitating Training Needs Analysis and skills audits
Millie has been an entrepreneur in the UK, Kenya and currently in South Africa. She has mentored and coached more than two hundred entrepreneurs and individuals in the last ten years and is passionate about small business actualisation. In October 2014 she agreed to be part of the Manchester Gold Initiative as Mentor. This is a programme launched by her former university and will see her mentoring via Skype and other social media.
She has had her failures and successes in the business arena and it is this that drives her to be of service to the business people of South Africa.
