Most recently, I worked on the IT Administrations for Elgin Engineering, where my responsibilities included handling Maintain & monitor Virtual servers via VMware VSphere Client. Install, Configure and monitor Anti-virus programs. Installation & Configuration of new Network cables, laptops & desktops. I am now working as ICT Consultant, were my duties includes centralizing communication within branches and also supporting SARCS Humanitarian App, Social Media Editing and IT Support.
Previously, I worked within high-volume Technical Support for a major telecommunication company (Telkom). In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (Fixed and Mobile Technical and Services Support, Tier2 Customer Queries). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 60 to 70 calls per day.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in PC Engineering, Technical Support, A+ ,N+,CCNA and System Support and a 2years of college (Diploma). Please see the accompanying CV for details of my experience and education
