• Attend to calls from potential business partners /clients through mail, fax and telephone;
• Log all network related calls on Pastel system/Creating Job cards;
• Assign calls to Project managers, Branches, Technicians & Subcontractors;
• Update clients on the progress of logged requests;
• Create files for logistics department, Projects Managers, Technicians & Branches;
• Making follow-ups with technician onsite;
• Solving all queries from the clients; and
• Closing calls on the system
