Providing an efficient check-in and check-out service, Greet and welcome guest with a warm smile as they arrive, collect payment from guest, tracking, Make reservation , allocate rooms and explain use of keys and ensure guest are satisfied with the room, Understand & adhere to proper credit ,check-cashing and handling policies and procedures , Perform all admin-related & reporting duties to meet hotel & business needs, Support company development and perform all relevant tasks as when required and all assisting with all customer complains .
