? Capturing employees overtime pre-approved form and approved forms on SAP
? Provide administrative support for the department initiatives.
? Respond timeously to all emails and enquires regarding department initiatives.
? Maintain a rigorous and complex document filing and retrieval system.
? Coordinate Unit's activities and reporting.
? Managing of the office incoming and outgoing correspondence.
