Training New and existing consultants on new, existing and upcoming products.
Arrange and coordinate training schedules, appropriate learning material according to subject matter.
Design and amend the learning material on new and current standard and relevant information, in line with by NQF and SAQA Unit Standards and Requirements.
Facilitate new programmes and evaluate performance during and after training.
Guide learners about their learning, assessment and recognition opportunities.
Assess the training results, monitor progress and re-assess the learners.
Keep all the stakeholders up to speed, in getting everyone on the same level in order to increase productivity.
Reporting to stakeholders on training conducted, and advises on the areas of concern, in order to arrange re-training on the individuals that may still be having difficulties in enhancing their productivity.
Learning Programmes Design.
Ensuring that the learning material is up to standard and with the relevant information in terms of products and services.
Evaluating the learning material timeously in line with NQF and SAQA Unit Standards and Requirements.
Ability to create and develop new learning material (Product Dependent)
