I am currently employed at National Health Laboratory Service as an IT Support Engineer. My current designation requires constant communication with NHLS Clients and supporting LIS computer systems.
I'm a socializing, self motivated, flexible, very obedient, and a very hardworking person who is always willing to learn new technologies. I carry myself with great dignity and have an appetite to expand my knowledge.

I have experience in supporting desktops, windows servers, active directory, running network applications, call desk environment, installing routers and switches. As a result, I can offer you a combination of my practical experiential knowledge in networking and IT Support skills. I have over 5 years experience in Technical support with an MCSA qualification studying towards Private Cloud 2012.
