Customer Services Officer
Duties:
Answer and resolve queries within the set service turnaround times.
Explain company policies and position to customers.
Document queries that have a longer turnaround time and ensure resolution within promised turnaround time.
Handover all unresolved and documented queries to the Shift Leader at the end of each shift
Follow up and provide feedback to clients within prescribed time frame
Qualify all calls answered
Record customer feedback on performance of products and network and forward to Supervisor
Sales promotion and motivation telephonically
Promote brand awareness over the telephone to Econet subscribers
Marketing and Sales Executive
Finance
Daily banking and cash reconciliation and related transactions,
Maintenance of cash book, ledgers, petty cash and journals;
Receipting and filing;
Preparation and reconciliation of rental pay-outs, accounts and reporting.
Preparation of monthly rental revenue and monthly rental usage analysis of the Timeshares.
Preparation of monthly pay-outs to ZTA and to Africansun
Operational
Data capturing and collection;
Coordinating bookings of time share facilities;
Marketing of tourist resorts to other organisations globally affiliated with Sun vacations;
Aggressive Marketing and Sales of Timeshare;
Assistance in the planning of Marketing strategy,sales and promotions of Timeshare's ;
Data Base Management.
Customer care services;
Handling Account queries;
Handling payment of Levies and receipting such payments;
Continuous communication with customers on rental database to increase
Handling monthly rental pay-outs and payment schedules;
Liaising with RCI international on behalf of clients;
Renovations and redecorating of the Timeshares;
Contract management and cancellations; and
Debt collection.
