My name is Natalie Victor-Carelse, a television and film producer and director with more than a decade of experience in the industry working on films, documentaries, reality shows, commercials and show promos for broadcast both locally and abroad.

I am a person that radiates positive energy and that consistently chooses to live in the light instead of crumbling under pressure. Stress is the name of the game and my core motivation to push harder no matter what the hurdles we may face in the industry.

Although feisty, energetic and cheerful - my work is my passion and, therefore, when the need arises, can be both stern and a 'bull dog' when it comes to ensuring the delivery of international standard material.

I am currently a freelance shoot producer and director who thrives on travelling and embracing new and challenging opportunities. I also currently own a small television and marketing agency, Victoras Pictures.

I am looking for new opportunities to sink my teeth into and allow myself to grow further both personally and professionally.

I currently reside in Johannesburg South Africa but am more than willing to travel or discussion contract or relocation opportunities. I am also available to work remotely.
