I pride myself in coming up with solutions. I am able to work unsupervised and independently, I take charge when there is a need but I can also blend in very well with any Team. I am able to listen, consider, and analyse different opinions, other people's input and also give in my own input in a Team. In terms of interpersonal communication, I am a clear communicator, responsive to my colleagues and eager to help whenever possible.
I have just completed JavaScript Full Stack Web Application Development using NodeJS, Express and MongoDB. I have worked with the following technologies HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, Photoshop CS6, JavaScript, SQL.
I have worked fulltime as a customer service Team leader at e2 solutions an IT company specialising in software development. I learned to work with a team of different individuals with different cultural backgrounds which taught me Diversity and different leadership approaches. Being a facilitator was just an added benefit at a greater scale.
I have completed Training and Development Management short course with Getsmarter (University of Cape Town), Life Coach, Facilitate Learning using a variety of given methodologies, Conduct outcomes-based assessment and BSC Computer science to Level 3 Majoring with Computer Science. (1 subject credit short) with University of the North.
