In brief: I have over 10 years of mixed use commercial property management experience within various types of properties ranging from Office to Retail and Residential, dealing with financial service charge budgets, reporting, soft and hard service including M&E technical contract service procurement and delivery and tenant/lease liaison and business alignment, including Sectional Title.

I was responsible for total FM operations and maintenance of the asset and plant life cycle plans, lease space refurbishment projects for competitive re-marketing.
I have experience with new developments and infrastructure managed the public facilities and events including Health & Safety work compliance. I am passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability performance projects and have managed many cost saving initiatives.

I have a wide range of skills including recruitment, management, training and personal development of my own staff teams.

More specifically, I have worked with CBRE and the likes dealing with handover of contracts following property acquisitions.

I have achieved an FM Diploma with BIFM, have Project Prince 2 certification and IOSH compliance for vendor management.
