As HR Administrator intern with Edcon I handle all aspects of human resources including managing the recruitment process, managing schedules for trainings and projects as well HR admin. I have knowledge in employment law and willing to learn further and am organized. My high-energy personality and interpersonal skills lend themselves well to working with a large staff.
