Key responsibilities:
• Compile and submit handovers to QA
• Compile test cases for UAT
• Perform both positive and negative testing
• Retest the system after a bug fix
• Complete regression testing
• Web-based testing
• Conduct end to end testing, executing a set of test scenarios to ensure requirements are met
• Provide training and support for the web-application "go Live" in production
• Gather business needs on software enhancements and quality then send to QA
• Report bugs found on system to QA
• Communicating system suggestions, enhancements to skills-coaches, supervisors, and managers
• Database clean-up for the business
• Writing and updating training manuals for UAT and other departments in production

• Attending to all Live Track clients Health Cases, (may include Porsche, Infiniti, Aston Martin)
