I am an experienced facilitator and mentor who has been working in education & Training sector for 10+ years.
My experiences include but not limited to teaching, skills development and training, emotional and academic support, assessments, identification and development of talent, staff development and administrative roles.
During all these years I enjoyed working with all levels of people and staff members, fostering quality relationships with students and clients of different dispositions as well as engaging with sponsors. Throughout these years I have shown in many ways that I am a self-driven leader and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who always want to make things happen and bring out the best in people.
I have learnt a lot about people engagement, support and development, which made me, accomplish a lot of things with ordinary and average performers. My personality makes it even easier to adjust to new situations and work with diversified people. I would also wish to take up more developmental roles to foster life-long learning and change.
