First: Worked in IT Security until 2003 and left the corporate world to learn Sales. This experience gave me deep analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Next: 3 years working as Business Development manager, developing sales pipeline into government, banking and insurance industries. Set-up and managed direct marketing channels via email newsletters and website to grow sales by 150% over 3 years.
Next: 5 years as Managing Director of training and consulting business; I developed and delivered training programs:
a) Blogging for Business: content marketing and podcasting strategies for clients including Primedia Broadcasting, Heart 104.9FM, Thompson's Travel, etc
b) Business Social Networking: Using LinkedIn for Recruitment, Advanced Sales Prospecting
c) Mobile Internet Safety: Conducted over 500 seminars to leading private schools under ISASA, as well as regional and national conferences; including education ngo sector.
After divorce in 2012, moved to China to do MBA degree on full scholarship from Chinese government. Over 10 years acted as business coach, life coach to many SME owners, entrepreneurs, Miss South Africa (2008), Chairman and CEO-level executives.
My natural ability in public speaking, persuasion, relationship building, gives me an advantage in developing new Sales and Profit Channels.
