Now I am looking for a new challenge. Currently I am Operations Manager for BMW South Africa responsible for driving global standards for the local region. I have over 10 years' operations management experience. I currently manage an annual budget of over R45 million, my supplier and staff management skills are proven together with my "best practice" approach to delivering results. Accompanied by strong service and project delivery skills with a solid track record managing suppliers and SLAs and always challenging the status quo. Support Project teams to ensure that solutions are migrated to production in a controlled manner with appropriate knowledge transfer and according to industry standard methodologies such as ITIL and ITPM.
