I am a Digital Junior Account Executive at McCann Worldgroup.

General description and duties:

• Reports to Digital Account Director
• Ability to bring digital acumen/expertise to clients
• Responsible for elements of project delivery according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
• Provides day-to-day client contact, managing the relationship and expectations in accordance with agency philosophy
• Ensure thorough understanding of clients business internally and externally
• Makes use of agency tools in conveying all necessary information (e.g. creative briefs team and client templates etc)
• Briefing other agency staff, such as creative/studio teams and production departments
• Communicates with and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
• Records meeting and call notes and distributes to key parties
• Monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports, and contact reports
• Gains a full understanding of agency's offerings, mission and vision
• Undertakes research of ideas, clients and markets
• Assists proposal development and client presentations
• Provide general support (project and admin) to account team. This can include chasing Studio for pdfs, chasing Finance for POs and Estimates, room bookings, arranging client meetings, booking couriers, sorting out team and Client travel
• Manages suppliers and sources competitive alternatives
• Compiles budgets and manages those budgets to project end
• Budget administration including raising PO's
