For the past 10 years I have been a marketing executive, as founding member and Managing Director of Moving Ads South Africa, presiding over at least R20m in advertising budgets for mostly blue chip brands such as ABSA, Vodacom, DStv and MoneyGram. Moving Ads in South Africa was an experiential marketing business that I started with two colleagues and grew to 25 permanent and over 100 part time employees, with annual revenues north of R9m.
