Assist with calling companies to generate new business, Getting vacancy details from Employers, Interviewing and testing internship seekers, Matching candidates to job to build pool of potential applicant, Screening and shortlisting candidates for employer's interview, Building relationships with employers and job seekers, Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed, Administer day to day HR correspondence and communication, Handling Resignations of employees , Issue employees with required legal documentation (Certificate of service & UI 19 ) ,Employee counseling , Update Job description
Work on Customer Relation Management System (which deal with all inquiries):
Receiving all the relevant documentation e.g. Contracts, Resolving all the IR issues from Employers & Interns, Receiving payroll sheet, assessing & approve them, Keeping record and negotiating fees.
