To oversee the coordination and administration aspects of the operations from end to end, from the following origins Dubai, China, Germany and Turkey to South Africa. Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. Develop and implement long and short term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the operations. Ensure the operations activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization. Monitor and approve all expenses within the operations. Identify and develop new and unique ways to improve the operations. Evaluate the risks associated within the operations activities and take appropriate action to control the risks. Communicate with the client daily on all aspects of the operations.ie updates, reports. To ensure all KPI are met daily and monthly. Ensure all containers are loaded correctly at origin warehouse. Ensure optimum vessel, vehicle and fleet utilization to ensure profitability ie: daily planning and route planning.
