Branding at all events and outside broadcasts to ensure maximum exposure of the station.
Monitor the stations campaigns on air.
Managing the station's outside broadcasts.
Providing reports for events attended.
Managing social media platforms.
Ensuring that marketing activities are correctly reflected on social media.
Scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
Filing the department's documentation.
Preparing the boardroom for meetings.
Compiling meeting minutes and agenda's.
Attending to complaints and queries and ensuring that they have been solved
Ensuring that content on the station's website is updated.
Supervising and mentoring job shadowing students.
Ensure Podcasts have been uploaded on the stations website.
Assisting with Administration.
Compiling travel business plans.
Scanning and faxing documentation.
Making vehicle bookings on SAP.
