As of part of my Work Integrated Learning programme for my Diploma, I worked for a year and 4 months as a PR Intern at DUT's campus health clinic where I was involved in organizing, promoting, and implementing multiple school-related social activities, while being challenged to design new events. I worked cohesively with a diverse team made up of students, management, and external stakeholders whom the department fosters quality relationships with.

The experience I gathered during my training has further prepared me for the working environment, as it was essential that I remain positive, outgoing, and energized during daily activities because I acted as a liaison between students, staff and various service providers in a fast-paced and demanding environment. I was expected to maintain a highly professional customer service ethic while interacting fellow students, colleagues and publics.
