I am currently employed as a contact centre consultant by Woolworths Financial Services Company where part of my job includes; Approved new accounts, Generating Pre Agreement, General Administration, and Managing inbound and outbound calls for approved customers and cross selling other product.
I have a Cost and Management Accounting Diploma Qualification from UNISA and National Higher Certificate in Accountancy from Walter Sisulu University and Certificate Management Development from Milpark Business School and currently busy with my Advance Diploma in Management Accounting at unisa
My experience and my current role are not aligned with my career development.
I consider myself enthusiastic, self-motivated, with initiative, punctuality reliable person. I accept with pleasure the challenge that can be assigning to me. I have ability to work well under pressure and work in team environments and willing to learn.
I have extensive knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards through my academic background.
