- Compilation of the daily promo delivery schedule
- Compilation of the Daily promo audio Voicing & mixing Schedule
- Booking of Voice Over Artists
- Keep record of all Voice Over Call Outs for budget purposes
- Ensuring that all required promos are voiced & mixed on time in order to meet delivery deadlines
- Trafficking of External promos through delivery process
- Ensure all External promos are delivered to Creative Services timeously and in the correct format for quality check
- Liaise with External Production Companies on any queries/requests
- Facilitate the delivery of promo graphics toolkits and specifications
- Trafficking of all promos within the department to ensure timeous delivery
- Ensure all promos are delivered in the correct formats for broadcast
- Providing various promos in compressed format for final approval prior to delivery
- Ensuring all fixes/changes are made on all specified promos
- Generating of Media ID numbers and ingest requests for promos
- Checking of Media ID numbers with producers when delivering promos via Medway
- Assist with promo and script delivery to channels in Africa/as requested
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Production Manager.
