Show profile Hide profileI am a Science Journalist for the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement (SAASTA), a business unit of the National Research Foundation (NRF); hosted by TUT FM. Before Joining SAASTA, I have worked Communications Officer for the Knowledge Management Directorate within the Corporate Services Division at National Treasury, where I was responsible for all communications and marketing related matters of the Unit in National Treasury. I have a passion for Communication, enjoy writing and conducting research and have a keen interest in the South African media landscape and current affairs.
I have taken modules in Events Management, Corporate Communications and Public Relations throughout my studies. Characterised by my previous employer and colleagues as organised, flexible, decisive and intuitive; I believe my strongest value to be my dynamic ability to flow work operations smoothly in a team oriented environment and taking initiatives.
