Show profile Hide profileTeri-lee Pietersen, born in Cape Town currently working at Sanlam as a Scrum Master since June 2015. Prior to Sanlam, I worked at Clickatell for 9 years working in many departments and eventually becoming a Junior Scrum Master on a contract basis. I received my CSM in May 2015 and I was a part of the local coaching circle in the Northern Suburbs, I have been in coaching calls with Karen and Sam from Growing Agile where I learnt what it really means to be a Scrum Master. I have been attending the local SUGSA gatherings in Cape Town since early last year and was always fascinated by the passion and dedication of all those who attended and especially those who arranged them. Recently I spoke at the Annual Regional SUGSA gathering in Johannesburg which was such an awesome experience and very well planned and received. My goal is to one day become an Agile Coach and guide and mentor those who are transitioning to Agile/Scrum
