My work experience spans over 10 years of diverse employment activities within the South African economic industry including, but not limited to; sales, brand communication, office administration and staff supervisory duties, amongst others. I have purposefully immersed myself in many business disciplines and functional areas to enable myself to provide operational support in various contexts. I have thus come to understand how the distinct parts of a company work and how they interact with each other. I understand how other people perform their work, even if it's something I don't know well enough to do myself and I am able to translate that knowledge to manage myself, my team and processes to meet targets. I am willing to learn and challenge myself to providing ways of working better in any environment thereby help to contribute to the growth of the business whilst equally enhancing personal growth.
