I have worked for companies like BankServAfrica as well as Electronic Toll Collections both in the customer service divisions servicing client queries mostly. I have also dabbled a bit in Mraket research having worked for Ipsos Markinor/Mori doing client surveys. I did also do a bit of retail having worked at rage stores as well as a stint at computicket.
