I enjoy a balance between the new and the old, and appreciate originality when it's not too eccentric. As an Intuitive thinker, my approach to problem-solving relies upon past experiences and also on analyzing all aspects of a situation or challenge and this assists me to find solutions. I enjoy finding solutions to manageable, practical problems and believe that the best learning comes from a combination of experience, and research. I am comfortable working on my own and enjoy projects that let me be autonomous. Because I am good at avoiding social distractions and able to stay focused on my work. I am self-confident and always aim to do the very best work, but you don't always see my colleagues as rivals. So while I enjoy being praised for my achievements, I am equally happy to see others recognized for theirs.
I have creatively built long-term partnerships with sports sponsors, media, professional sport clubs, education and commodity trader as an intuitive thinker and problem solver by negotiation with executive management and boards to leverage the sales and revenue benefits from the sports market when challenged to find solutions with limited support budget to create growth in sales, capital in building a start-up, project funding in the development of facilities and programs and have learned to manage these accomplishments by learning to work as an individual or by strategic collaboration and as my career developed, I have become goal-driven. A personality that does not walk away unless the goal has been achieved. I have received recognition involving national and international projects involving sport working with sponsors, media, professional sports franchises, national sports federations, and education.
