Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the research team, to create and design awesome research/trend presentations
- Responsible for collating all images and content used in presentations
- Contacting creatives to gather more information when needed
- Updating spreadsheets to track progress of projects
- Attending research sales meetings and presentations
- Participating in research strategy discussions
- Onboarding of clients (to use the platform) in a strategic way
- Training clients on how to use platform
- Thinking of creative ways to get customers engaged on platform
- Getting feedback from clients to feed into product development
- Using the feedback to think of strategies on how we need to shape the product to fulfill their needs (strategic planning around the product)
? Creative Insights Platform
- Assist with uploading of trends when required
- Assist with quality of the trends when required
- To make trends more rich, by adding insightful information
- Contributing HD video on trends + planning it
- Any other research related tasks
