My Responsibilities are; Manage boardroom bookings, welcoming clients/visitors, answering the phone, organizing catering/refreshments for meetings, logging courier calls, signing for deliveries, keeping the reception area and all the boardrooms clean all times, ordering stationery for the company, Updating internal phone list monthly.
