Site Manager at Thembalethu Development, I manage and oversee the CWP site implementation, as well as to provide support to the development and management of projects and programs within Thembalethu Development. Record and management of CWP assets and inventory.
Approval of participant's attendance registers for payment and recruitment.

Manage the CWP site in accordance with the CWP Norms and Standards
Ensure compliance with the Ministerial Determination on conditions of work in the Expanded Public Works Programme, as well as other statutory requirements, such as UIF and Workmen's Compensation where applicable
Ensure the site is ready at all times for internal and external audits of the Community Work Programme
Draft the site business, training and procurement plans; submit to the district manager and the LRC; ensure all plans are finalized and signed off by the appropriate bodies within the agreed time frame
2015-2017: Seriti Institute: Site Administrator
Provide administrative assistance to the Site Manager
Manage proper usage of office resources and keep them secure
Create an electronic profile for all participants' data, proof of payment and CWP database
Make available all documents required by teams as outlined in the CWP manual

Assist in writing stories for the quarterly Newsletter
Compile a payment memo for the ward committees
Assist in writing internal memorandums, writing reports and take down minutes in meetings
Facilitate ward committee meetings with the communities
