Obtained a BTech degree in HRM from UNISA and currently busy with a postgraduate diploma in Communications at the University of Pretoria
Daily tasks include:
Plan, direct, organize, supervise and evaluate the provision of high quality and effective HR services including recruitment, selection and appointment
Manage the key performance and result indicators associated with HR administration through the implementation / execution of all HR transactional processes and tasks.
Perform quality assurance checks on all administrative work submitted by HR staff in the assigned operational unit
Be responsible for continuous service improvement that is responsive to service needs, maximizes productivity, service delivery and inspires customer confidence. Accountable for providing accurate, timely, relevant and useable data on operations activity.
Deputise for the HR Business Partner as required
