She has a passion to facilitate numerous soft skills courses and also develop and design customer specific training materials.
Highlighted experience and positions: Yolandé is owner and managing member of Ayoba Training Solutions and as Independent Training Consultant and Facilitator, she was contracted as both Facilitator and Assessor for Shoprite/Checkers' Skills Development Program.
Yolandé's heart for training and development is also reflected in the voluntary work that she does at POPUP where she is involved in the "Work Readiness Program".
