The position sort could be of Safety Officer or Safety Manager. I have studied National Diploma Safety Management, Diploma in Security and Risk Management, NOSA - Train the Trainer Certificate, First Aid Level 3 Certificate. I registered to study BTech Safety Management at University of South Africa in 2015. I am currently working as a teacher and provisionally registered with the South African Council of Educators.
I served in the Zimbabwe Republic Police for ten years , seven of which I have worked as a Police Officer. My duties where not limited to community policing, crime prevention, crime investigation, compilation of crime dockets, arresting offenders. Three years I worked as a District Sports Administrator and my duties where not limited to team registration, team welfare, team performance, team sponsorship and communication with the National Sporting Boards.
Through my work experience I have acquired sound written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, incident investigation skills, strong people skills, excellent leadership skills, excellent presentation skills, excellent cross-cultural awareness and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
I have sound knowledge of the OHS Act, MHS Act, COID Act, Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, Explosives Act, Hazardous Substances Act, Nuclear Energy Act, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 and many other Acts related to employment in general.
