Show profile Hide profileI hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and have more than 4 years working experience in Recruitment / HR and Customer Services .My skills include but not limited to sourcing and screening candidates, running all background checks such references, ITC and verifying the educational and employment documents of candidates. In addition, I also setup appointments with candidates and managers to ensure smooth conduct of interview, setup Psychometric assessments for Management roles, place job adverts on various job portals, sitting in on interviews and make recommendations as and when required. Moreover, my written and verbal communication skills have helped in extending and drafting offer letters of hired candidates, and regretting those unsuccessful. I understand working in a Recruiting & HR environment requires team work, trust,confidentiality and the person should enjoy interacting with people. Hence, I can be the best candidate for a position in HR/Recruitment as I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with people. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and now looking for a career growth in a more challenging and fulfilling position. I am available immediately.
