PREVIOUS POSITION Training Support Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Support of Learning Needs Analysis and Performance Appraisal Data including moderation of request
Draw up annual/ monthly training calendar
Institute communication regarding departmental calendar
Book all staff on trainings as per schedule and communication
Coordinate training venues
Liaise with managers and participants to attend these trainings
Ensure all necessary manuals and hand outs and stationery for trainings are available
Send out all necessary communications to participants and their managers i.e. pre-work, venue, directions programme
Anchor first few hours to ensure all is available, receive facilitator and participants
Data Management
Thereafter send register and catering invoice for payment having register and agenda as proof of training
Prepare a report on the training based on the evaluations completed by participants and facilitator (if external facilitator and assessments
Support the roll out of Project Management within the organisation.
Coordinate sessions for staff and Department of health managers
Organising Discovery Wellness and coordination of Blood drive NBSA for the organisation
Coordination of birthdays, farewell ,baby shower and teambuilding within the department
