My name is Sandra, I am someone who's dedicated, result orientated, humble to learn any new skill and I always go extra mile to deliver the best.
Last year, I went through a 6 months internship program at 2nd Take Merchants- Exclusive design clothes where I was responsible for managing all the HR duties. Working at 2nd Take Merchants has equipped me with the ability to advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., websites, calling colleges; and universities for potential candidates to find the right interns; receiving and reviewing applications, managing first interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates. I managed to recruit and place 20 interns and I am capable of offering advice to both management and candidates on training and career progression.
I love human resources and training development and I am passionate about adding values, uplifting people's skills and live as well as meeting the organization goal and objectives. I am looking for an organization, which operates, in a professional, dynamic and vibrant environment and that cares for people lives. My passion is to be part of such a company and I will offer myself and bring a positive spirit to the organization and I am confident that I will be an asset to the company.
Through my previous working experience and my studies, I have gathered a good understanding and experience of working with people from all walks of life and how the organization works. Moreover I have gained the technical aptitude and the ability to operate and thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment and I have a professional get it done attitude and work ethic.
