Selling of Telkom products such as ADSL, ISDN, and VDSL etc. Also assist with Social media and online chat. Also assist in retaining customers. Enter correct and detail interactions after every call. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Takes incoming telephone calls and /or delivers scripted or non - scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours, Respond appropriately to customers objections and questions. Delivers accurate description of product and/or service to customers, provide accurate information and instruction to customers in accordance with campaign guidelines. Navigate computer systems to properly conduct the objection of the campaign and locate customer data or other electronic information. Records each call by accurately documenting status and comments in the appropriate database or platform, Routes callers to appropriate department when required , resolves problem within bounds of authority or requests assistance from other team members or team leader if necessary . Maintains a high level of service with customers and meet performance targets, Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members

Acting coach, doing start up with agents, capturing sales daily on computer, taking over calls from agents that deals with irate customers, motivating staff to sell Telkom products, monitoring calls and giving feedback on agents performance
New Services (sales) processing orders, prepaid orders, migrations of lines and doing line transfer and activating VAS services which includes up sell and cross sell
