Plan, organize, direct control, co-ordinate and review the operations of staff within an area of responsibility in a wholesale and or retail store's.
Supervise the activities of the retail sales in ensuring that staff and store target is communicated.
Do cash up, banking & safe check in the store.
By control, receive, manage, dispatch stock item in the store or in the warehouse.
Ensure that client stock item to be repaired have all required documentation on arrival before booking can take place.
Ensure that no stock is removed from store by any staff member.
Merchandising of stock is done as per standard.
Ensure repairs are repaired in time and ready for collection by customers.
Answer to all call direct services centre and give feedback on time to all customers about their stock.
Receive & split spares proportionally to other warehouse, split of remaining spares in the bins in the warehouse.
Sell spares to the client & invoice those before leaving the warehouse.
Ensure that stock item is countersigned & verified by supervisor or manager to confirm to be correct before being dispatch.
Ensure that staff members is rendering excellent service as per standard
Ensure that issuing of client cards is done.
Ensure that job card is correctly completed.
Ensure that tools and equipment are sanitized as required.
Ensure team work is maintained as important for proper communication of any work expected of us on daily basis, health safety of each employee is priority by all.
Ensure that all procedure and equipment are use and followed on daily basis.
