We are looking for:
A talented and driven copywriter to join our vibrant team. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content across various mediums to enhance our brand representation and engage our audience effectively.

Responsibilities for this role are:

• Writing and editing content wherever needed. This could include social media posts, to blog posts, internal training documents and wikis, knowledgebase, sales collateral, website copy, public relations and more.
• Designing social media content and sales collateral using tools such as Canva, inDesign, Photoshop or similar.
• Reply to public feedback, whether on review sites, social media, or other sources.
• Work with each department to develop documentation, collateral and training materials.
• Ensuring all content, whether internal or external, is delivered within the voice and tone guidelines of the brand guide.

The ideal person for this role has:
Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, copywriting, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a copywriting role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in creating training materials and knowledgebase documents.
• Experience designing content/collateral using Canva, inDesign, Photoshop or similar.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for brand/client promotion and engagement.
• Knowledge of Notion and HTML is beneficial.

• Exceptional writing, editing and content creation skills.
• Autonomous thinker with the ability to write both creatively and pragmatically.
• Team player who is comfortable moving between teams to understand their respective requirements.
