Merchandiser - George

Our client based in the Retail and Wholesaler industry in George, Western Cape is looking to employ an experienced Merchandiser to join their team. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively and will have good administrative skills.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience
• Must have Matric
• Valid drivers license 
• Sober habits
• Marketing / similar degree will be advantageous 

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing stock to be delivered to clients and delivery thereof
• Stock takes on existing retail outlets and ensuring paperwork thereof is maintained
• Monitoring sales and pinpointing loss/wastage
• Building lasting client relationships
• Reviewing client feedback on products
• Predicting sales trends and seasonal stock demand
• Work closely with the Finance Department
• Marketing of products to prospecting clients
