Role overview:

As a community manager, you'll be the voice of our client’s brands, responsible for managing and growing their online communities across various platforms. From social media to forums, you'll cultivate engaging conversations, drive brand awareness, and foster a sense of belonging among their audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and curate compelling content tailored to our client’s community's interests and preferences alongside our creative team.
• Monitor social media channels, forums, and other online platforms, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify opportunities to engage with the audience, participate in relevant conversations, and amplify the brand's message.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
• Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and inform future strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in community management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and foster a sense of community.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Sprout Social experience beneficial.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to change.
