Tiaan Schultz has been appointed as Emperors Palace's new food and beverage manager. In his new role, Schultz will be tasked with planning and managing all food and beverage supply chain management and will also be responsible for the financial sustainability of the Emperors Palace's catering facilities.
During his 20 years in the hospitality industry, Schultz has worked at several restaurant and hotel groups, including the Spur Franchise Group, Planet Hollywood Cape Town, Beer Revolution, and Emerald Resort & Casino.
