Salba names Pamela Nkuna as chairperson
Pamela Nkuna has been selected as the new chairperson of the South African Liquor Brandowners Association (Salba). She replaces Sibani Mngadi.
Her other responsibilities include heading up corporate affairs at Pernod Ricard; she has over 10 years of experience in the alcohol industry, focusing on regulatory affairs and stakeholder engagement at national and provincial levels and with local, civil society and NGOs. A majority of her work has been devoted to harm reduction programmes, such as binge drinking and drinking and driving/walking, as well as underage drinking.
