Mosaic Restaurant choose JAG Communications

Award-winning restaurant Mosaic - which is run by Chantel Dartnall, recently voted South Africa's top chef at the annual Eat Out Awards - has chosen JAG Communications to handle all the PR for both the restaurant and Chef Dartnall. Run by Janine Walker and Grant Bushby, JAG Communications also handles the PR for Times Media's VIDI service as well as trade marketing and events for A+E Networks UK, whose TV channels include History, Lifetime and CI.
