Rural banks urged to employ efficient, effective management personnel
The Managing Director of ARP Apex bank, Mr Emmanuel Kwapong has urged rural banks to employ persons with the requisite academic and moral back ground to management positions to meet the challenges of the banking industry.
He advised the banks to go by the Bank of Ghana directive that the staff appointed should pass “the fit and proper test” to enable them to effectively run the affairs of the banks.
