Pampers marketing team?

Seriously - have you seen the mad racism running rampant on that site? Plus there are numerous complaints about your product - and praise for competitors - and yet nobody seems to care. Doesn't seem like great marketing to me. What do people think of forums linked to products - should you moderate?
