ASA appoints new legal head

The ASA has appointed Fred Makgato as head of legal and regulatory affairs with effect from 02 January 2008. Prior to this he was the managing director of a private law firm and a practicing attorney. Makgato is an admitted attorney of the high court and holds a B proc law degree from the University of Natal.
